MILD HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY

Dale is certified as a Basic Hyperbaric Technician issued by the International board of undersea medicine

mHBOT is not a cure, it is a gentle form of oxygen therapy - 1.2-1.5 ATA (atmosphere absolute) where you are in a pressurized chamber sitting or laying down for 60-90mins.  This increased oxygen at pressure saturates the blood plasma, alongside our red blood cells - which carry oxygen.  What does this mean for you?   You are giving your body the opportunity to regenerate and repair through the extra supply of oxygen. This can be on a general wellbeing level for longevity or a deeper level to aid both chronic and acute conditions -

*Long Covid                                                          *Neurological Disorders

*Traumatic brain injuries                            * Fractures

*Concussions                                                       *Autoimmune conditions

*Increase stem cell production                *Reduce inflammation

CUPPING

Cupping is an ancient Chinese treatment which can be used in conjunction with other therapies or Stand alone.  The suction gently lifts the skin and underlaying tissues, which helps increase local blood flow, release muscle tension and support the natural healing processes of the Body.  It is very common for temporary circular marks, that usually fade withing a few days

Common uses are

* Tight Muscles

*Aches

*Stiffness

DRY NEEDLING

Dry Needling is a modern physical therapy technique where very fine needles are inserted into tight muscle bands, or trigger points to help

* Release muscle tension

*Reduce Muscle pain

*Improve movement
